Combines multimodal neuroimaging, imaging genetics, and polygenic risk models to identify cognitively unimpaired people at elevated risk for Alzheimer's disease. Develops optical measures of cerebral arterial elasticity and evaluates their relationships with fitness, brain structure, cognition, biomarkers, and clinical decline.
