Uses task-based and resting-state functional MRI, diffusion imaging, PET, and neuropsychological testing to study neural networks that support cognition in people at risk for Alzheimer's disease. Examines how brain structure, connectivity, and life experiences contribute to compensatory responses and clinical symptoms.
