Develops machine learning and statistical methods that integrate diverse genomic, epigenomic, and molecular datasets to reconstruct biological networks and reveal disease mechanisms, including pathways relevant to Alzheimer's disease. Particularly interested in the underlying cellular differences (e.g., selective neuronal vulnerability) in Alzheimer's, as well as extrinsic factors (e.g., environment, exercise, sex) that affect Alzheimer's related mechanisms.
