Studies cerebral amyloid angiopathy and other small-vessel diseases that contribute to dementia. Combines high-resolution ex vivo MRI, MRI-guided histopathology, mouse models, and in vivo multiphoton microscopy to investigate microinfarcts, microhemorrhages, vascular dysfunction, and amyloid-related imaging abnormalities associated with immunotherapy.
