Submission Agreement
All presenting authors agree to the following conditions by submitting an abstract:
- Submit a PDF abstract per guidelines.
- Attend conference and present at the scheduled time
- Fill out post conference survey.
Review and Program Placement
- The Puerto Rico Conference Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not meet requirements.
- The final lineup for abstract presentations will be decided by the CCAD Puerto Rico Organizing Committee.

Non-CCAD Alumni Attending
If you are interested in attending the Puerto Rico conference and have not attended the Charleston Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease before we have a limited number of available spots and would like to invite you to register below and submit your abstract before February 10, 2025. Please note – There is no registration fee for this conference, however, the attendees accepted to attend are responsible for all hotel and travel costs.
Abstract Guidelines
- One page limit (PDF only)
- Name, Institution, Position, and Abstract Title
- .5 inch margin on each side
- Fonts no smaller than 11 pt, either Arial or Times New Romans
- Can include images/figures
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion and Conclusion
