In this issue you will find a New Vision Research Focus by alumni Andy Shih, job opportunities, an introduction to our live webinar series coming in October, alumni spotlights and NIH grants awarded to alumni in 2022. We also want to say thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate an early-career scientist for a chance to attend the 2024 Charleston Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease. Many of you have mentioned through the years how valuable an experience attending CCAD has had on your career and we look forward to providing that same experience to the 2024 cohort. We have notified all nominees and will start eliciting them to submit an application in the coming months. As always, CCAD Connections is for you and the continued advancement of AD research.
